Using the understanding of our brain and how it works, we approach resilience from a neuroscience perspective and look at developing observable behaviours that can help us become more resilient in a world that is constantly changing.
In this training, we aim to:
1. Understand the qualities that resilient people have.
2. Focus on 3 qualities: positive mindset, adaptability, self - awareness.
3. Learn behaviours and habits that will help us develop these 3 qualities.
